Reimbursement_Voucher – to be used when asking for reimbursement from the PTA for any expenses. Please check your budget prior to purchasing items. Also, please note that the PTA cannot reimburse sales tax. To avoid paying sales tax, use the Texas Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certification listed below.
